pdc钻头损坏的主要原因
1、地层里存在砾石
2、pdc钻头水力参数不适合
使用pdc钻头的时候，若比水功率选择过大，钻头体就受到严重的冲蚀，如果喷嘴所布置位置不太合适，喷射的流体冲击井底后会反射直接冲蚀切削齿。若比水功率选择过小，对于复合片清洗冷却是非常不利的，特别是在软地层中易造成钻头泥包。在硬地层当中较易造成复合片的热加速磨损。
3、地层硬夹层较多
pdc钻头在钻进过程当中，从软地层钻至硬夹层，钻头冠部轮廊结构形状造成钻头相同部位的切削齿接触，地层的硬度不一样，使得钻头不同部位的切削割齿切削地层时受力不均，造成蹩钻、跳钻等情况。在钻头上的载荷大部分集中在切削硬夹层的切削齿上，而蹩钻、跳钻产生的瞬时截荷从而导致这部分切削齿因受力较大而发生碎裂现象，特别是在切削硬地层中的硬质点时，瞬时载荷足以造成切削齿的有效碎裂。
