整机特性：
1、 bs型超高频感应加热设备具有频率高（频率在1-1.5mkhz），体积小，重量轻，加热速度快,效率高,故障率低，节能等优点，比传统加热方式节能70%以上,可加热直径0.1mm 的线材；
2、 焊接点牢固，美观，精致，被焊接件不受几何形状的限制，产品表面花纹不会损伤，无明显焊疤；
3、 退火范围小，金属内部晶体结构不变，产品变形小，在热处理过程中可加入气体保护，达到光亮退火；
4、 节能环保,无污染,工作环境好；
5、 加热头与主机分离，更加方便配套焊接自动化工装夹具。
 主要用途：
1、硬质合金锯片大小齿,眼睛架零配件，珠宝首饰，钟表，鱼钩，刀具及电子行业各种极细线材的焊接，锡焊，银焊等；
2. 刀口，齿轮，机电行业精细金属接头的铜焊和微型轴心等小的热处理，淬火，退火等。
